Understanding intestinal parasites and how they affect dogs and cats
Knowing the most common intestinal parasites (hookworm, roundworm, tapeworm, whipworm, giardia, coccidia)
Understanding the different life cycles of each intestinal parasite
Understanding the common signs, symptoms and clinical tests used for diagnosing intestinal parasites
Understanding the treatment options for each intestinal parasite
Understanding the risk of infection to humans ('zoonotic' parasites)
Being able to confidently answer common client questions about intestinal parasite
Complete the built-in self-assessment test and send the results to Lifelearn to collect continuing education credits AND a Certificate of Completion.
Lifelearn's practice licence allows all team members to use the program and collect CE.
