Understanding Heartworm Infection,

This program will assist veterinary staff members in understanding how heartworm infection affects dogs and cats.


Staff will Learn:
the transmission and the life stages of heartworm disease
the difference between heartworm infection in dogs compared to cats including the difference in signs, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and prevention
the products used for preventing and treating heartworm infection and how they work
Complete the built-in self-assessment test and send the results to Lifelearn to collect continuing education credits AND a Certificate of Completion.

Lifelearn's practice licence allows all team members to use the program and collect CE.
